Your Mission
Your mission is to delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimised for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Aliens Tattoo is a premium chain of tattoo studios that has been at the forefront of the tattoo industry since its founding in 2011. We have seen astronomical success in the past decade, with our revenue growing 8X in the last 5 years and our team expanding from a small group of artists to a team of 150 employees across various functions and departments.
In addition to our core services of tattooing, art, design, and piercing, we are also pioneers and revolutionaries in the tattoo education industry. Our tattoo education platform and school have helped aspiring tattoo artists learn the skills and techniques they need to succeed in the industry. Responsibilities:

Improving the overall UI/UX on all our websites and other digital footprints to elevate user experience.

Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.

Conceptualizing, Developing and implementing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow, diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

Designing, testing and implementing various UI elements, landing pages, page flows etc to improve user experience.

Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years UI/UX design experience for websites and web applications.

Strong eye for detail, great design sense and taste.

A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

Extensive knowledge of designing websites compatible on various screen formats such as desktop, iPad, mobile etc.

Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Wix, Wordpress, and Design Systems.

A team player but can work independently too.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
