Your Mission
We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented studio manager to oversee daily operations at our studio. As the studio manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the studio. Your duties will include
undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies. The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

We have seen astronomical success in the past decade, with our revenue growing 8X in the last 5 years and our team expanding from a small group of artists to a team of 150 employees across various functions and departments.
In addition to our core services of tattooing, art, design, and piercing, we are also pioneers and revolutionaries in the tattoo education industry. Our tattoo education platform and school have helped aspiring tattoo artists learn the skills and techniques they need to succeed in the industry. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients, and we are deeply committed to helping our employees find their purpose and grow as individuals and professionals.
Responsibilities:

Complete studio operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employee.

Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.

Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.

Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales.

Respond to customer complaints and comments.

Greet customers entering studio with a smile and assist them with their needs.

Describe services and tattoo procedures to customers and explain proper tattoo aftercare.

Assist customers and artists with appointment scheduling.

Understand and use Zoho CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or its equivalent at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
