Creating Virat Kohli's New Tattoo: A Journey of Spiritual Symbolism

Updated: 6 days ago

I am thrilled to share with you all the amazing experience I had with the legendary Indian cricketer Virat Kohli. My name is Sunny Bhanushali, and as the owner and founder of Aliens Tattoo, I have seen incredible success in the past decade. However, having Virat Kohli as a client was truly a dream come true.

A few years ago, Virat came to us on his own, stepping into our studio, and we were filled with amazement upon seeing him there. He approached me with photos of our tattoo work in his phone, telling me that he had been following us for over two years. I could hardly believe it— this cricket superstar was actually a fan of our work!

Despite his immense fame, Virat was incredibly humble and down-to-earth. He had no airs or attitude and genuinely appreciated our work and wanted me to work on his next tattoo. Unfortunately, his tight schedules and travel plans did not allow the project to materialize. Nevertheless, just last month, he reached out to me once more, but this time with a fresh request.

He wanted to cover-up his old tattoo with a new one. A new tattoo that would reflect his spirituality, something that would represent the interconnectedness of all things and the source of creation itself, something which depict higher ones and oneness, the structure of life, the source of all.

As I got to work on the project, I felt the pressure and excitement building up inside me. I couldn't believe that I was working with the one and only Virat Kohli. I could feel the energy and passion that Virat brought to the project. It was clear to me that this tattoo meant a lot to him, and he was determined to get it just right. I poured my heart and soul into the design, meticulously crafting each element to perfection.

The design, carefully crafted over several days, was finally complete. Virat was thrilled with the result. Each element of the design holds a strong spiritual significance. The metatron cube is believed to be a sacred geometric symbol that contains all the shapes and patterns in the universe. The septagon represents perfection, harmony, and balance. The geometrical flower symbolizes the interconnectedness of all things, and the cubic pattern is a symbol of stability and structure. All of these elements come together in a beautiful and intricate design that is meant to inspire a sense of unity and connectedness with the universe. It is a powerful reminder that we are all part of something greater than ourselves and that we are all connected in a profound way.

Virat felt a deep sense of connection to his design. He knew that this tattoo would not only be a beautiful work of art but also a powerful reminder of his spiritual journey.

I was thrilled when I got the call that Virat Kohli wanted to get a tattoo done by me. I was over the moon with excitement, but as I completed the design, I knew that it required an expert's touch. The intricate details and the fine lines, the intricate dotwork, needed a skilled hand that could do justice to the design. I expertise in realism work and I knew someone can do this way better than me, Devendra Palav, an award-winning artist at Aliens Tattoo. His expertise in geometric and dotwork style were perfect for this design. I recommended him to Virat, and he trusted my decision. I knew that Virat's tattoo would be in good hands, and I could rest easy knowing that Devendra would do an excellent job.

As the day of the tattoo session approached, there was a palpable sense of excitement in the studio. As a high-profile celebrity, Virat's security was of utmost importance, and the studio took all necessary measures to ensure his safety, including shutting down the studio for the day and providing armed security guards. Me and my team had prepared the studio with the utmost care, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Virat appreciated the attention to detail and the effort made to provide him with an exceptional tattooing experience.

When Virat walked into Aliens Tattoo studio, we could feel the excitement and anticipation in the air. Here was one of the most influential and respected cricketers in the world, and he had come to us to create his new tattoo. He was greeted with warm smiles and open arms. The team at Aliens Tattoo made him feel right at home, and he settled in for what would be a long and intense tattoo session.

As the hours ticked by, Virat was completely immersed in the process of getting his tattoo. He marvelled at the intricate dotwork style and the way that each element of the design came together to create something truly magical. He loved every moment of it and was impressed with the attention to detail that me (Sunny Bhanushali) and Devendra Palav had put into the design and tattoo.

Due to his super-packed schedule, Virat had to divide his tattooing process into two sessions. The first session was scheduled for the Mumbai studio, where he spent six hours getting his tattoo done, and the second consecutive session of 8 hours in Bangalore studio. Overall the session lasted for over 12 hours, and Virat was so immersed in the process that he lost track of time both the days.

Despite the long hours and the physical discomfort that comes with getting a tattoo, Virat never once complained or showed any signs of fatigue. His dedication to the project was unwavering, and it was clear that this tattoo meant the world to him.

Finally, after more than 12 hours of tattooing, the session came to an end. Virat looked down at his new tattoo with a sense of wonder and amazement. He knew that this tattoo would be with him for the rest of his life, a powerful symbol of his spiritual journey and his connection to something greater than himself. As he left the studio that day, he knew that he had experienced something truly special. The team at Aliens Tattoo had not only given him a beautiful work of art, but they had also given him an experience that he would never forget.
