Overview
To assist customer delight team with day-to-day tattoo studio operations which involves calling new leads, following up prospects, scheduling clients appointments, handling in-store customers, assisting artists and studio managers.
Job Description

Calling new leads and follow ups to increase the revenue of the studio.

Scheduling appointments.

Studio management

Inventory tracking

Assisting tattoo artists and studio manager with studio operations

Capturing customer details as per the process.

Provide immersive customer service experience

Build client relationship and collect review/feedback/surveys

Understand the clients requirements and explain the right product or service
Required Skills
We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:

Bachelor's degree or its equivalent at least 3 years of experience

Experience working on CRM
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Great people skills and customer service skills

Previous sales or store management experience a strong plus
