Role Summary (Mission)
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Online Consultation Executive to provide professional virtual assistance to customers through video calls. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering accurate information, guiding them with the best available options, and ensuring a smooth consultation and post-sales experience. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently, maintain accurate records, and achieve consultation targets while protecting customer confidentiality.

Maintain customer interaction records and update internal systems/CRM.
Handle queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Perform follow-ups when required to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Achieve daily/weekly consultation targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications
Minimum Graduate (B.Com, B.A., B.Sc, etc.).
Psychology background preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in customer service/consultation is a plus.

Work from Office (WFO)
Flexible/rotational shifts (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Compensation
Fixed CTC + Monthly Incentives
