JOB PROFILE (HR - Legal & Recruitment)

​

- To take care of all the legal concerns of the company.

- Must handle Employee Grievances issue.

- Drafting of legal notice and replies to various communications sent and received by the
company.

- Coordinating with the lawyers.

- Maintaining all the legal documents.

- Thorough knowledge of sourcing using multi job portals, LinkedIn and various other sources of
recruitment.

- screening resumes and taking telephonic rounds.

- Scheduling the candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

- Performing reference and background checks post joining.

- Completing joining formalities (Documentation & Bank account opening formalities).

Required Skills

- Good Communication skills, Negotiation and decision making.
